A video of the Song

Rodney Carrington was born on October 19th, 1968 in Longview, Texas. Today, Carrington is best known as an American stand-up comedian and country musician with a unique comic twang. In addition to recording six major-label comedy albums, Carrington was the star of the sitcom Rodney, which ran on ABC for two seasons. He is a frequent guest on The Bob & Tom Show. Atypical of most other comics, his music and bits can often be heard on country on rock, classic rock and country radio stations across the United States. This type of cross format radio airplay has earned him a wildly diverse demographic of loyal fans which has translated into huge record sales.
